Shipping to other countries:

• Courier companies generally deliver the shipments during normal working hours, which may vary across courier companies and from country to country.
• The items in the prasadam varies from Country to Country. Gulf countries and African countries customers may experience delay in receiving prasadams.
• You may have to pay customs duties and taxes to receive your order. Anarghyaa.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. Import duties/taxes may arise on the arrival of your parcel to the shipping destination. The charges may vary as per the rules of different countries. We do not take any duty / taxes in advance from customers. If any such duty / taxes are applicable for your shipment, the respective courier company will directly contact you with the required information. On receiving such information, you will have to pay the duty/taxes amount to the concerned courier company. Once paid, the service provider usually delivers the shipment to you within two working days.
• If you refuse your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. The shipping and return shipping total charges will be deducted from your payment amount to be refunded.
